How long will it take?

This depends on whether you have brought the information that is asked for but generally if you are a new customer payment is made into your account either:

the day after you have completed and signed the necessary forms,

is given to you as a cash cheque when you call.

Loans are never made in cash and no cash is kept on the premises.
