The information you give us when applying for a loan from Aspire Finance is between you and us and no-one else except as outlined in the written agreement between us.

We absolutely guarantee we will abide by the privacy provisions that are outlined on your loan agreement. They are, that we can reveal that you have a loan with us to organisations that allow us to check your credit rating, and to any debt collection agency if you fail to repay your loan payments.

Other than that, the fact that you are a client of ours remains between you and us and we will not release your name or information, or discuss it with anyone else without your permission unless we are required to do so by law.
